CDP-CDP Training
CDP-CDP Training
The CDP-CDP is a structured 4-year Collaborative Doctoral Training Programme, in which PhD trainees participate in the HRB SPHeRE (‘Structured Population and Health-services Research Education’) Programme. SPHeRE is Ireland’s national, HRB-funded doctoral training research programme for population health and health services research. Read more about SPHeRE HERE.
In addition, CDP-CDP PhD trainees participate in bespoke structured training that focuses specifically on patient-oriented research in chronic disease prevention, building necessary knowledge, skills and competencies for future leadership roles in chronic disease prevention, and maintaining the unique identity of the CDP-CDP programme.
