1st Year BA Archaeology Handbook, Semester 2, 2021-2022
- In line with on-going government guidelines and public health advice, most of this year’s teaching will take place on-campus (see 1st year BA Archaeology handbook(s) 2021-2022), unless otherwise advised.
- Blackboard is our primary online interface for teaching and assessment, as well as for announcements. You will also occasionally receive email via Blackboard to your name@nuigalway.ie email account. You may also email your lecturers and admin staff in the normal fashion.
- The 1st year BA co-ordinators for 2021-2022 are Conor Newman (Semester 1) and Dr Carleton Jones (Semester 2).

Visting Students
All four 1st year archaeology modules are open to visiting students. Before registering, however, please check that your home institution permits students to take 1st year modules.
