Student Support
We all experience emotional stresses from time to time, and often, for students, these come in the midst of their studies. Students who get into difficulty or who just want someone to talk to are invited to contact the Student Counselling Service [link]. If you want to talk about the academic side of your life in general, bear in mind that you have been assigned a Student Advisor by your College, and you are free to email him or her at any time.
For First Year students, the Discipline of Spanish has a system of Academic Support Tutors. These are full-time members of staff whom you can talk to in order to get academic assistance with your study of Spanish, whether this means a difficulty you are having or just an area of interest that you would like to explore further.
