Relaxation Audio Files to Download
Each of the links below will bring you to an audio file (mp3) that will guide you through a short relaxation exercise. There is a 1-minute, and a 5-minute exercise. Try them! If you find either or both effective, then use them when you want to feel more relaxed. You can also try to remember to practise the techniques regularly, to fill in spare moments, even when you are not feeling particularly stressed – doing a breathing exercise regularly increases its effectiveness.
