 The Disability Support Service campus offices are currently closed due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. The service remains open online, with staff working remotely. You can contact the office and staff via email –please see our contact details here

The following provides information on contacting the Disability Support Service and accessing disability related support during the closure. Please note that we will not be monitoring voicemails, but will endeavour to respond remotely to contact via the following:

  •  If you are a student who is already registered with the Disability Support Service, you can email your Disability Advisor (as detailed on your LENS report)
  •  If you are a student who is already registered with the Disability Support Service, and you require assistive technology support, you can email your Assistive Technology Officer
  •  If you are a student who wishes to register with the Disability Support Service, you can complete our online registration form
  • For other disability support related queries, you can email disabilityservice@nuigalway.ie 

Please be aware that we are operating remotely in a limited capacity, and that this may result in delays in responding to emails.  We will endeavour to keep delays to a minimum.
