Description
Alumni Services – Alumni Database and Alumni Online application are University of Galway’ s IT solution for the Alumni / Foundation Office. ISS extract student conferring information from the Student Record System, Quercus, which is then imported into Raiser’s Edge.
How To Obtain This Service
Software and licence is installed on user PC.
Who Can Use This Service
- Staff
- External Staff (Foundation Office)
Prerequisites For The Use This Service
Staff
Staff who have purchased a licence and installed the software on their PC can use Raiser’s Edge.
Availability
Alumni Service – Raiser’s Edge is available 24x7 from on and off campus
Cost
There is no charge to staff for the use Raiser’s Edge.
