Blackboard
Cleardown from Blackboard of content from academic years 2018/19 and 2019/20
A revised data storage policy for Blackboard as approved by the University's Teaching and Learning Committee will be applied on Blackboard in August 2021.
The revised policy reduces the number of years data is stored on the Blackboard environment from four to two years. This means that from late August 2021, only course material academic years; 2020/21 and 2021/22 (i.e. current and previous academic year) will continue to be available on Blackboard. Data from previous academic years will be cleared down on Friday, 20th of August 2021.
If you need any of the data that is due to be cleared down, you will need to download it before Friday, 20th of August 2021.
We recommend that you store any course and module content on your Microsoft 365 OneDrive. Please visit CELT's Tips webpage for more information on how to download the course content. Also, see our Microsoft 365 OneDrive webpage for more information on using OneDrive.
