We know that you eagerly await your application decision once you press that submit button. Here you will find a timeline of the application process so that you know what to expect and know what to do next.   • Submit your application – Ensure all the correct documents are uploaded, otherwise your application won’t progress to the next stage.
  • Applications pending review – You should hear the outcome of your application within two weeks.
  • Receive your offer.
  • Accept your offer – You may be offered a conditional offer or a firm offer. A conditional offer means you must meet specified requirements to be fully accepted to the programme. This is usually achieving exam results or English language requirements.
  • Pay your deposit – the deadline of this will be stated on your offer letter. This amount will be deducted from your fees.
  • Pay your fees.
  • Apply for your visa – Check if you are from a visa required country (http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/visa-required-countries).
  • Secure Health Insurance.
  • Book accommodation.
  • June – August – Plan for your arrival.
  • Late August – September – Arrival and attend orientation.
  • September – Register and start of classes
