BSc Speech and Language Therapy

The Discipline of Speech and Language Therapy offers a four-year BSc (Speech and Language Therapy) programme. Our programme has been fully accredited by CORU and the Irish Association of Speech and Language Therapists.

Our mission statement is to prepare speech and language therapists in training to become competent clinicians and independent lifelong learners, by providing a supportive learning environment to explore relevant theory and apply it to clinical practice, with an emphasis on lived experiences and evidence based practice.

Students are required to undertake placements in each year of the programme. Placements are at students’ own expense and may be anywhere in Ireland.
