Biography

Indiana graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland in 2001 with MSc in Environmental Engineering. During 2000-2001 she studied as a Socrates/Erasmus fellow at University of Glamorgan, Wales. After completing her PhD at NUI Galway in 2006 she was employed at the same University as a postdoctoral researcher and letter as a research fellow in the College of Engineering and Informatics. Indiana’s research area is in the numerical and physical modelling of surface waters. She has a broad research portfolio in terms of activity and project diversity that ranges from strictly scientific studies, through engineering applications to advisory-type work. Indiana has been involved in numerous EU- and Irish-funded projects.
