The purpose of seeking a quotation is to ensure that the University gets the best possible value when purchasing goods or services. The number of quotes sought depends on the value of the purchase.
All threshold values mentioned are excluding VAT. Budget Holders should ascertain the correct rate of VAT applicable and account for this in the budget amount available for the purchase.
