Change My Personal Details

The following can be changed by logging into your student portal:

• Term address (Where you are staying in Galway during the year)
  If this is the same as your home address, please enter your home address, do not leave this blank.

• Personal contact number
• Upload photo If not already done so
• Edit /amend SUSI Number

How do I change these?

Log into your Student Portal, (Where you registered online) and you will see 3 tabs at the top as per screenshot below, select the 3rd tab - “Profile”.  Click Edit, update your details and then select update.

Any other changes require an email to askregistry@nuigalway.ie including your ID number and details of the relevant change below:

• Change your personal email
• EIRCODE (if it is not showing against your home address on your record)
• Home address
• Home (non NUIG) email.  Please ensure this is current we require an additional method of contacting as well as your NUI Galway email address.
