How to request additional access

Most web applications are already available to you by going to myfiles.nuigalway.ie/staff-mfa 

To request additional access, please create a ticket with the Library & IT Service Desk under the relevant category:

Note: Students/external users should log a ticket with an approval email from their Head of Unit.

Accessing this service

  • Browse to myfiles.nuigalway.ie
  • Read and accept the Pre Sign-In Notification
  • Login using your Campus Account User ID and password
  • Select the correct realm (i.e. Staff, Student or Third-party)
  • Click Sign In
  • You will be presented with the relevant Web Bookmarks and Shared Drives on screen.
