A very warm welcome to the College of Science and Engineering. We wish you every success in your studies here at NUI Galway and are delighted that you have chosen to study a course in our College.
Orientation for new students is designed to welcome you here to NUI Galway and introduce you to university life. The full details of the University Orientation Programme for new students can be found here.
The College of Science and Engineering will also be providing Online Academic Orientation on 22, 23 and 24 September and a live welcome on 25 September 2021 to introduce you to the academic side of your university experience. This will include a Welcome from the Dean of the College of Science and Engineering and an introduction to your course. We will provide course and subject specific online talks so please ensure that you attend your relevant course talk and subject talks.There will also be a number of support talks to set you up for success in both your academic and personal life here at NUI Galway.
