Welcome to NUI Galway Alumni Relations

Reunions

Each year we organise alumni milestone reunions of 20, 30, 40 and 50 years. We endeavour to contact you by letter or email with details of your upcoming event if you are celebrating one of these milestone years.

You can Update your contact details here so that we can inform you of your upcoming reunion and help us spread the word with your fellow graduates.

We also have a programme of other class reunions and networking events, which help connect and re-connect you with each other and your school. Whether you are based in Ireland or abroad, the Alumni Relations office is here to maintain these close links. Organising a reunion is an ideal way to get together with friends and reminisce about your University days.

If you would like to organise a reunion with your former classmates or perhaps you'd like to set up a networking evening for alumni in your area, please contact us to help guide you through this process and promote your event to fellow graduate by email and with our alumni social media platforms.

Career and Mentoring

We assist in general queries on a day to day basis post-graduation. Post graduate Career support is offered through the Career Development Centre, which provides students and graduates up to three years quality career guidance. This information service is focused on facilitating and empowering students and alumni to manage their career development.

Exam Transcripts

The Student Registry Helpdesk is your point of call for ordering transcripts. There is a  10 working day processing period for standard transcripts & a  five week processing period for archive transcripts  (pre 1986)  There will be times that  this process time will be extended due to huge numbers of Transcript Requests as this is required by the service to deal with all requests.  Under the Data Protection Act Transcript Request Forms must be signed by the student whose results are being requested .

Under the Data Protection Act we cannot discuss the student's results with anyone other than the student themselves

Transcript Fees
