The Irish Centre for Human Rights is delighted to host a guest seminar with Graham Blewitt, titled 'Justice and War Crimes: Reflections of an International Prosecutor'. Graham is a former Deputy Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (1994 - 2004) and author of the leading book 'Justice and War Crimes'.
