‘Building obligations to enable participation under human rights law’

Speaker: Nicholas McMurry is Programme Director for the Faculty of Law in Griffith College Cork and the author of Participation and Democratic Innovation under Human Rights Law (Routledge 2023). He graduated with a PhD from the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the University of Galway in 2017.
