The Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland Galway will host a half-day symposium on Tuesday 2 April 2019 exploring the growing role of non-financial reporting in the context of international and national efforts aimed at advancing business respect for human rights. This event will explore recent international developments in this area and consider the implications in an Irish context of the EU laws requiring non-financial and diversity disclosures by certain business enterprises. The symposium will bring together a number of legal and policy experts, as well as practitioners.
