‘Seeking Sustainable Social Change through the use of the Law – More Rights for More Women’

Gema Fernandez is a Managing Attorney at Women’s Link Worldwide, an international non-profit organization that uses the power of the law to promote social change that advances the human rights of women and girls, especially those facing multiple inequalities. At Women’s Link she has litigated cases before national, regional and international courts related to human trafficking, sexual and reproductive rights and discrimination against women.
