Dr. Eoin Cullina is a lecturer and researcher in Science of Science Policy at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. Eoin completed his PhD research with Lero, the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Software at the Whitaker Institute, J.E Cairnes School of Business and Economics.

Eoin presently collaborates on a SFI Science Policy project investigating the impact of star scientists on small open economies SFI 17/SPR/5329. Eoin is interested in how governments and public agencies communicate and interact with the public in an open manner through digital platforms. Also, his research investigates how scientific research is evaluated and science policy is generated.
