Where can I find access to a GP service/mental health services?

Students can find resources available through The Student Health Unit which provides on-campus medical care to full-time registered students in a confidential, professional and courteous manner.

Where can I Park?

APCOA sites, students can apply for staff permit through there student number, details will be provided by the Academy Administor on your arrival.

Is the hospital canteen subsidised?

In the hospital cafeteria food is subsidised. The price is €5 for a dinner and the Coffee Shop in the hosiptal has a loyalty tag system in place.

What are the Ballinasloe Medical Academy opening hours?

The Academy is open 24hrs as we share a premise with the paramedics. Library opening hours are from 9am to 5pm.

Where can I find access to mannequins?

Mannequins are available at any point provided a student signs the mannequin in/out. Please contact the Academy Administrator. 

Where can I find access to a prayer room?

There is a mens only prayer room located in the Hospital.
