Project Closure

Note:  The account must have a zero balance before you can close the account. 

Once a Final Financial Report has been submitted to the funder along with any technical reports and all income has been received, the Research Project should be closed on the Agresso system.

Please email the RAO contact who will close the project on Agresso and our Payroll system Core. Please ensure if any telephone extensions were charged to the project that you inform Financial Accounting of the new project/cost centre to charge for any future costs.
