Yes.  NUI Galway is a Public service, part-funded by the government so we have an obligation to have a bi-lingual website.
Rather than trying to translate every single page that is created in English, our approach is to have a version of the NUI Galway site for irish speakers, containing only the content that is relevant to them - the idea is that OEGaillimh.ie would, for example, list courses that are offered through Irish but link out to nuigalway.ie for any courses that are only offered through English.
Some top-level pages (e.g. home page, news) need to be regularly translated from English and the corresponding pages in OEGaillimh.ie must be updated too.   These top-level pages are managed by Acadamh na hOllscoile.

If you have the means to manage it yourself (proficiency in both t4 and the irish language), this can be arranged.
It would be unreasonable to expect the volunteers who manage the top level Irish pages to also monitor and edit your pages for you.
