Thesis Submission During COVID 19 University Closure
Important Notes
- Does not include Ph.D. or M.D. Degree
- Candidates must be registered at the time of submission of the softbound thesis.
- Supervisors are advised that internal and external examiners are expected to be approved by College Office prior to submission of softbound thesis.
- Candidates are advised that the joint examiners report is required in order to progress to conferring.
- Following receipt of the joint examiners report, only candidates who have submitted the required hardbound thesis and with no fees outstanding can proceed to conferring.
- Students wishing to confer must have submitted their corrected hardbound thesis and Library Form (EOG 052) by the submission deadline outlined on the Academic Records and Registration: Conferring website.

Note: Following submission of thesis softbound to the Student Information Desk (SID), it will be received by examiners within 10 working days. It is recommended that examiners have 6 weeks to review the thesis prior to the viva.
Students wishing to confer must have submitted their corrected hardbound thesis, e-thesis and Library Form (EOG 051) by the submission deadline outlined on the Academic Records and Registration: Conferring website.
