  1. Add a Promo Box Large content type to your section
  2. Input a Name
  3. Input a Title, in the example here the title is General Staff FAQ
  4. Input a subtitle to describe what the Promo box is for - in the example here the box will bring the user to Financial System Freqquently Asked Questions
  5. Input more information in the Text box
  6. Add in an image for the Promo box, recommended size is 310x220
  7. Add a Link Title, in the example here it is General Staff FAQ
  8. Add a Section Link or a Content link if linking to another section within the University of Galway Website
  9. Insert an External Link URL if linking to an external website
  10. Click 'Save changes' to set status to Pending or click on the little arrow and choose 'Save and approve' to set status to Approved.
